fondub is a perl script without GUI to convert mpeg2 to mpeg4 file.

fondub is a mster process, which drives dvd2avi + lame + avisynth + nandub/nandub_onepass/virtualdub processes. You can create .avi (mpeg4) file just by two clicks. only testd on windows 2000.
