    This is a CUI (not GUI!) parent program, which drives dvd2avi + lame + avisynth + nandub/nandub_onepass/virtualdub as child processes to convert from mpeg2(.mpg) to mpeg4 (.avi). I think this tool may be not suitable for encoding masters but helpful for anime mpeg beginners. This program is written in perl and tested on windows 2000. You can hack this easily and always runs encoders with same parameters.
