	$COMMAND_ADDRESS = $MAIL_LIST;


elena@baycity.asia accepts the command such as "# help" ("# command" form). 
Both X-ML-Info: and command server replies shows the pointer to
elena@baycity.asia on the use of commands.


If you configure that both elena@baycity.asia and elena-ctl@baycity.asia can
accept commands, you should set

	$MAIL_LIST_ACCEPT_COMMAND = 1;
