This is "Seiyuu DB Search". Please specify keyword as either ROMAJI or Japanese. The CGI internally converts ROMAJI to Japanese HIRAGANA and search it.

Basically search engine and database itself is very simple, so not
intelligent:-), since I want to "grep" (off course "grep" on UNIX)
database.

1. Search key you can put into is Japanese or ROMAJI. ROMAJI is
automatically converted to HIRAGANA (YOMIGANA). 

2. You should select one of

	yomigana (hiragana)  * default type
	kanji
	program
	role

types for the keyword. My search engine is "grep" like one, so the
database is one line for one entry. Each entry has a set of
"yomigana", "kanji", "program-name" and "role-name" types. Search
engine shows all lines with the given keyword for the type.

For example

   yomigana:kanji:program-name:role-name

   にしはらくみこ:西原久美子:あしたへフリーキック:エレナ ロロブリジータ

If you put "nishihara" as a keyword, it shows all lines with "にしはら
". If keyword is "ashita" and type is "program", you will get all
programs with the string as a part of program name:
