Edit .htaccess

.htaccess is created but it is configured to deny all.

http://lists.fml.org/~fml/cgi-bin/fml/$domain/.htaccess

http://lists.fml.org/~fml/cgi-bin/fml/fml.org/.htaccess

The default .htaccess is a dummy like this:

AuthName ByPassword
AuthType Basic
require valid-user

Please edit .htaccess properly.

Apache does not support ~user style access by default. Please set up apache to enable it.
